Professional mental health support whenever it is needed

We have appointed a fully qualified, retained Mental Health Lead with over 15 years of experience across areas including bereavement, depression, relationship counselling, and addiction. Through this, we provide all colleagues with fully funded, rapid access to independent, professional mental health support whenever it is needed.

Our commitment to mental health goes beyond provision, it is embedded in our culture. We recognise that mental wellbeing is fundamental to both personal and professional life, and we actively work to create an environment where colleagues feel supported, understood, and able to speak openly without stigma.

We are dedicated to ensuring that support is not only available, but easily accessible and delivered with empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism. Whether challenges arise from work or personal circumstances, we believe no one should face them alone. By investing in expert support and prioritising wellbeing, we aim to empower our colleagues to maintain positive mental health and thrive both inside and outside of the workplace.
